How many photographers for a 3-day convention?+
Typical: 2 photographers + 1 assistant for 1500-attendee events. Scale up via Custom tier for larger.
Do we get daily edit drops or only at the end?+
Daily drops included on multi-day Production-tier and Custom-tier bookings. Single-day Crew gets one final drop.
Can you handle keynote photography from the press pit?+
Yes — we are registered press at every major Vegas venue. Send your event credentials when you book.
Do you record video of the keynote sessions?+
Yes. Add Video coverage to any tier for keynote recording, breakout session clips, and a daily 90-second highlight cut. Production tier includes this by default.
What about breakout sessions in parallel?+
Crew or Production tier covers 2-3 parallel rooms. For 4+ rooms book Custom tier.
Do you cover after-parties / off-venue events?+
Yes — add as a separate session in your Custom quote, or book a second per-day session.
Can your photographers wear comms / earpiece?+
Yes — we own Hollyland Lark wireless comms. Send the channel info day-of and we will sync up.
